Mortal Kombat X keeps reinstalling 1.14 update each time the PlayStation is restarted

I recently bought Mortal Kombat X , and after downloading a chunk of the game, I played it while it was installing. But, there are power issues in my place , so sometimes the power cuts off suddenly. Each time the power cut off on the ps4, a 1.14 update had to be downloaded, even if it already did install. I've also noticed that this happens even when I manually turn off the ps4. This doesn't happen with any other games, and I can't keep redownloading the update each time because it's 10 Gb
