Need help guys choosing PS4 Games?

So I just finished Witcher 3 GOTY including the 2 DLC's.

Posted it in a facebook ps4 buy/sell group.

Since I'm not a collector, I sell or trade the games after I play it to fellow gamers.

I got an offer from a dude that wants the Witcher 3 GOTY, exchange for FFXV and AC Unity or RE Revelations 2.

Do you guys think its a good deal for me to get those 2 games exchange for Witcher 3 GOTY? I'm leaning towards FFXV + Revelations 2.

Some other guy is offering me HZD + Cash.

I appreciate if you guys can give ya opinion to this.
