Need some tips for Persona

So I caved in and gave this game a try. Really love that under the childish hood there is a game with quite mature and disturbing themes.

I got to the point where I have 14 days to finish the palace and while all the way until here it was “gameplay-on-rails” where I just had to press X for five hours, suddenly there is loads to do and I have no money at all. Aarrgghh.

I have a few questions:

1. Am I right to assume that I should go into the palace as late as possible and try to get as much medicine and items as possible in the real world, first?

2. When should I usually save?! If I spend those 14 days being busy and then go into the palace, I’m really scared that I might have it done all wrong and will still be too weak and fuck it up and then it’s game over?!?! If I had to play that 5hr tutorial again, I’d probably never touch the game again. Should I just save before I go into the palace and then keep trying until I succeed?

3. Or should I go into the palace many days in a row and just farm mobs - seems to be the only way for me so far, to earn money and find items.

4. Let’s say I go in to farm mobs, what happens when I die in the palace? Do I just get back into the real world and keep all the loot that I found? So when farming can I be reckless until I die or do I have to keep some energy to find my way out of the palace in

5. When do I die anyways? When the whole party gets knocked out?

6. If someone gets knocked out, will they recover and be available for the next fight again?
