Pre-Order refund with wrong name

So I ordered FIFA 18 Standard Edition, but ended up buying the icon edition instead via another user. I've read that I can get a refund as long as I call Sony before I've started downloading the game. The problem is that the account that I want the refund on, has a fake name. Like I just set up a random name for that account when I made it. So when I call them, do I explain it as it is, or do I lie and tell them my name is what it says even though that's not my real name?
