PS4 equivalent to Xbox's 'Looking for Group'

I just got Battlefield for PS4, this game is hardly fun without a solid 5 man squad to communicate with.

Previously had it for Xbox but I transitioned to PlayStation, anyone know a good way to find multiplayer sessions where you can filter specifics for games. (I'm guessing Communities?)

May seem like a real silly question but the Xbox feature was a great feature to filter the squads, jump straight into game and not leave your PSN username plastered on net forums.
