PS4 tech support

I'm a student living in a dorm that uses WPA2 - Enterprise which the PS4 doesn't support. I've read that in order to get around this I need an Ethernet cable so I bought one. Unfortunately that isn't working either. Is there something I'm supposed to be doing to get it to work?
