My PS4 have been very noisy since i bought it used some time ago. Tried opening it up and removing dust a couple of weeks ago, and no change in noise levels. After spending an hour changing the thermal paste just now, my PS4 is barely audible playing Destiny 2. Would recommend changing paste for everyone who is having noise issues.
