Quick question on how to set up two PS4s in one house, with primary/secondary logins

So I have 2 PS4s and I want to set them up for use in two different locations in my house. I also want to setup a secondary account on one of the machines for my son. I have seen several guides on how to setup accounts with full PS benefits for two consoles, but I just want to be able to have one primary account with access to my PS+ and downloaded content on both systems, and a sub account for my son without any PS+ or my downloaded games.
