Upgraded my PS4's HDD, I can't find the option to import photos from USB in the settings. Am I missing something?

So before removing old HDD, I took a back up of my media library which mainly has screenshots for my trophies and a couple of gameplay recordings. I would like to now import this back up to my new HDD using the USB. I tried to mess around in the settings to try and figure out where the option might be, but couldnt find it. Please help.
