When you guys quit your background Netflix, does the screen momentarily flash black?

It's the only app that does that.

It's when you hold your PS button and go to quit application.

Netflix flashes a black screen on being shutdown.

This is more out of curiosity, as obviously it's not an issue as far as technical or performance.
