Whenever I put my PS4 into rest mode and turn it on again I get a black screen.

Always have to go in safe mode and reinitialise the PS4. Getting very annoying. When I turn it on though, the screens backlights does turn on so it is definitely getting a signal but it never actually displays anything. Would appreciate some help with this. Thanks
