Why do console gamers complain about Payday 2 if Valve released CSGO, TF2, and many other games on Consoles and never updated them?

I don't see any anger towards Valve. Why isn't there similar uproar towards Valve games on consoles? Valve gives priority to PC, just like how Payday 2 did.
