1 PSN, 2 ps4's, 2 houses. How does that work?

Hey Guys,

Was trying to figure this out but had some troubles finding a clear answer. As a student, I travel between my parents place and my own place every weekend. Usually, I have my ps4 at one of the two and just take it with me if I want. This is just a hassle and dangerous for the ps4. Now, if I would buy a second PS and use the same PSN account. Would this system be able to use the same plus subscription and play my digitally purchased games? The systems will never be online/turned on at the same time.
