AMP/ DAC around 100$?

Hey all,

I'm interested in getting an AMP/ DAC combo for PS4/ Sennheiser HD 598Cs. The controller puts out terrible quality and volume. Any suggestions in the 100$ price range are appreciated!

I'm a noob when it comes to these devices (amp/dac/ headphones), so any guidance in general is welcome.
