When 5.00 came out, I downloaded it, it restarted my PS4 to finish, but then gave me a "Cannot start the PS4" message. It ended up making me reset my entire PS4, losing all my data, games, media, etc. It sucked ass, but I assumed that this was some sort of PS4 freak accident and went along with my life. Well now I've just downloaded 5.01, and when it restarted, I have the error again. Do I just have to lose all my data every time I update now?
