By bother powered off the PS4 during a firmware update, which is now bricked. I'm helping him figure out how to reinstall the firmware via usb flash drive.
However, I noticed this will wipe all saves, users, etc. Any way to back up that data before essentially reformatting his PS4 Pro? I'm guessing no, and that's just the price he's going to pay for that cardinal sin, but figured I'd ask!
