Buying WWE 2K18 Cena Edition from America for Ireland/UK

So my friends birthday is coming up and I figured to get him the John Cena edition but the 2K online store is only '.com' instead of '.co.uk'. So if that means it's coming from America will it affect the game or DLC that comes with it?
