Can I set a playstation as primary while restricting any monetary access of the account on that device?

At my previous company I had the office's playstation set as my primary so I could play Trials and my other games) at work. At my current company they also have a playstation, but also about 50 employees instead of 6. I'm reluctant to do the same thing here, because I'm not sure if I can restrict the account in all ways except playing its games. Ideally I would set the office playstation as primary, but remove the account from it. Is such a thing possible? Can I play my games on a playstation that is my primary but is not logged into my account? If not, can I restrict any paypal/creditcard/points/whatever access? Just removing such things from the account is ok, I don't buy many things anyways so a bit more hassle at home is no big deal.
