Change default description while broadcasting to Youtube?

My description doesn't seem to change when I try to broadcast to youtube. Sure I can just hit square to delete it all but I want to change it for all future broadcasts. I tried going to the upload defaults tabs on youtube but it still hasn't done anything. Anyone care to help on this?
