dirt4 vs dirt rally vs wrc7 - what will work for me

How would you describe them? I want this type of game but I am not sure which should I pick.

  • I need semi sim game but not hardcore difficulty.
  • I will be playing with a pad.
  • I need solid single player mode.

Any impressions guys?
