I really need help with the error,

I bought an (old game) "wwe 2k17" and I wanted to play career mode however when I finished my promo the game just crashed giving the error ce-34878-0 and I tried reinstalling the game, restarting my PS4 and it's been like 5 days already, I really just want to play wwe career mode but can't. HOW CAN I FIX THIS!!!!???
