A few weeks ago when I was about to play a game of Fifa 17, I noticed that Fifa 18 Theme was downloading in the background. I did never ask for this download, but I didn't bother much.
Yesterday I turned on my PS4 again, and decided to check out the Fifa 18 theme, that turned out to be a demo version of the game.
After playing 6-7 games of the demo version, a notification toast displayed that Fifa 18 was now installed. I quit the demo to check out what's going on. The full game is now there on my PS4. I entered the Playstation Store to see if my kids or anyone else have bought it without me knowing about it. But Fifa 18 is not in the list of transactions. My bank account has not registered any purchase either. But I have verified that the full game is there, on my console.
Have any of you experienced something like this? Would love to find out what's going on. How can a game be installed without anyone triggering the download or buying the game? I'm confused.
