Firstly very thanks to everyone who left an advice for my previous post. The blue screen saying "data for the following application is corrupted. Please delete application, insert disc and reinstall it" appeared even when I deleted all the saved games from system storage and started the game over. It even appeared for another game Hitman. So I ended up sending PS4 for replacement through Amazon. However due to some family emergency and hurriedness, I forgot to sign out of the PS4. The question is should I be worried? I don't think I got a chance to enable deactivate feature remotely through PSN account. Should I do anything regarding this, Change my password etc. Also I got a PS Plus voucher with the console which I applied on my account. Is it specific to a single PS4 console or will I be able to use PS Plus on the replacement console as well when I sign in.
