How do you change NAT type from 3 to 2 on a PS$ using an Eircom Router?

My router is from Eircom and the model is 2247NWG-EIR. I have no idea how to change my NAT type. People have been suggesting port forwarding or putting my PS4 in the DMZ (not sure what that means either). Can someone please link a simple guide that can help me here? I have been trying everything for hours and still no progress! Thanks
