I have a PS4 in the U.S and my friend has one outside the country, where I will be going soon, if I take my Overwatch disk with me can I put it into his PS4 and log into my account and it will have all of my saved data?

And when I get back to the U.S it will have the stuff I earned at his place? Thanks!
