I have US and CAN psn accounts. PSN+ is on the US, but I don't have a US CC. How can I get the PS+ discount?

I moved from the US to Canada a while ago and I don't have any american payment method. I'm trying to get in on the VR sale but I'm confused as to how I should proceed.

I sure fucking wish Sony would have let me switch countries in my account, instead I have a gigantic mess of games on both accounts. ugh.
