Backround info: The router in my house is far from my ps4 and i have been using my iphone 6's hotspot for the the last few weeks with no problems.
On sunday when i topped up my phone credit and got my unlimited data back i went to connect to my phone and it got to the "test internet connection" part and when it tested for wifi it failed, the next time it failed for psn, the next was for upload speed. When i got lucky and nothing failed i would have about 7mb down and 400kb up. I cant join parties or create parties and i could only last saturday before my credit ran out
