Is it possible to use PC Mic on PS4 Remote play while streaming?

I planned to do streaming on GT:S Tonight and wonder about mic

• I use PS4 Remote Play on Windows to get the PS4 Screen for streaming and use a PC Mic for talking

Question is : Is it possible to use this PC Mic for in-game voice chat too? while I can use it as a microphone output for streaming at same time
