Is PS4 Slim sufficient for someone only planning to game on a 1080p TV?

Also I have two options:- Uncharted Collection + TLOU Remastered + GTA V Bundle

or DriveClub + Horizon Zero Dawn + Ratchet and Clank Bundle?

Im totally new to the world of Playstation and have only played GTA V among those. I really want DriveClub but reviews suggest the first bundle would be more worth it. Would it be better if I got the first bundle and just bought DriveClub seperately or is the second bundle better? Both priced same at $415 (India).
