Is this a good TV for PS4 and question about HZ

Hi,

Sorry I know this will probably be an unpopular post (I've seen a couple of posts about HZ before) but I want to make sure I'm getting the best gaming TV for my money.

I've narrowed my choice down to this - the Samsung UE40MU6400. Everything about it looks great, I found a website that said it had something like a 14ms input lag and all the reviews are extremely positive.

However, every website lists it as having a 50hz display, such as WhatHiFi - is this an issue? I know some people say 50hz is not good enough for PS4 games that run at 60fps, but then others say 99% of TVs actually do run 60hz, and the 50hz is just for broadcast stuff - so who's correct?
