So my son saved up his money and bought himself a PS4 from Gamestop. He bought a refurbished unit against my advice of waiting a month for the Christmas deals. Since we've had it hooked up it has already refused to turn on once (found the fix here by unplugging the unit, pressing the on button, then plugging back in and holding power down for about 7 seconds) and now the only game he bought for it (Black Ops 3) won't install multiplayer. Two issues in less than 24 hours makes me wary of the reliability of this unit. Should I return to Gamestop or these common issues?
