Need guidance: iPhone hotspot tethered to Macbook. Ethernet cable from Macbook to PS4 for NAT type 1/2.

I'm trying to use my iPhone tethered to my Mac > ethernet cable to PS4 to get NAT type 2 or 1. But need some guidance. I seem to get NAT type 3.

Can I forward the Mac adress of my PS4 or something to make it type 1/2?
