NEED HELP WITH PS4 SETUP

so i just bought a new ps4 1 tb slim and i can't sign into psn because it keeps asking for family manager to sign in I've been stuck for legit 2 hours and nothings working whenever i try to create an online account on my computer for psn it also asks for a family manager even tho i only the 1 account
