Need info about Ps4 users

Hi guys,

I need some help regarding Ps4 users. I have a PlayStation 4 in my mother's house and now I wanna buy another one to use it on my father's. Am I going to be able to use the same user as I do on my mother's house and play the same games I already have on the newest ps4? Will the save files remain the same?
