Noobie wants to switch PS plus to a different user

So I purchased the PS plus on one of my users, I mixed up my gamer tag and real name (because I am stupid, yes I apologize I am also new) I made a new user with the correct info, is there any way to “move” that PS plus to the new user or return PS plus or call tech support.
