Not sure if I should buy Hidden Agenda because I'm not sure It'll work at my University

So my University uses two separate wifis. One for gaming and one for everything else.

The game That's You uses playlink technology. I can't play it at my school because one of the requirements is that the phone(s) and PS4 are on the same wifi.

Does anyone know if this is the same for Hidden Agenda?

I don't want to buy the game if I won't be able to play it
