Party Chat Issues After Update

I searched this subreddit for a bit and didn't find any related topics

So two friends and I can normally chat in a party, either all 3 of us or just 2 of us. Friend A has NAT Type 2, B has type 3 and I have type 2. An update has rolled around and now, starting 10/4 we can't talk in a party unless another person joins. And even then it takes a minute until it routes through the 4th person and my friends have arrows above their mics.

I have done everything I can, ensured UPnP is on, DMZ, gave my ps4 a static IP and opened all ports in my router. I don't know what else to try? Any help would be appreciated!
