[PS4] Is it safe to share games (an account) with a friend ?

And is this the correct way to do it ?

de-active primary and log out of my account

then let my friend login to my account and activate it as primary.

then he logs out and de-activates it, so I can login and activate my primary account again.

Is this the correct way to game share ?
