PS4 keeps ejecting the disc

Hi

This is a problem that is happening for a year now but my lazy ass just found motivation to fix it. So the problem is that my PS4 keeps ejecting the disc after a while. A minor fix is when i restart or push the plastic thing behind the eject button a little bit more inside. How can i fix it forever?
