PS4 randomly ejecting my discs.

I have been playing Madden NFL 18 (G.O.A.T. Edition) since I got it in August, but this past week, in the middle of online match-ups no less, my PS4 would randomly eject the disc.

Needless to say, it's frustrating and upsetting. If there isn't a disc in there, and I'm just watching Hulu or Netflix, it would even randomly make the "ding ding ding" sound, and I think, it would try to eject a disc out, but because there's no disc inside, nothing happens except the sound.

I bought my PS4 in July of 2014, so it is one of the original black models, not a Slim or Pro, or a special one like the 20th anniversary PS4 or White PS4.

Any ideas as to what's going on? Or any suggestions on how to fix it? If not, should I send it to Sony?
