PS4 volume low for some reason.

This happened just this morning. When I turned on my PS4, my theme's music was a few pitches lower, then my notifications, and then my games. I don't know what caused this. The only thing I can think of was when my wifi cut off last night. Can anyone help?

EDIT: It's not the volume btw
