So i have the ps4 slim model and i have gotten an issue resulting in the error code CE-35476-5. Basically i only get this when i put in a basic DVD. Blu ray plays just fine as does games. But DVDs do not. I have searched for a solution and cannot even find something for this error code. If anyone had this code or problem and found a solution it would be very appreciated.
TLDR: My ps4 plays games and blu rays but not DVDs. get error code CE-35476-5.
