Question about buying dlc from diferent Region from phisical game.

Hello there, i bought nioh's physical copy in Portugal on August, , my main psn account is american but i have another portuguese account, can i buy dlc in the portuguese ps store and play the dlc on my american account ?

I know it is confusing, but i need to know this before i buy anything.
