Resident evil 20th anniversary psn theme delisted from NA store

I want to download the resident evil 20th anniversary theme on a newer account, but it appears it was delisted from the NA store, and is only available in others regions stores. Is there anyway to purchase this theme again or download it off of another regions store using my NA account? or is it gone forever?
