I've never faced this error where I had to do that. Now I have to do this everytime my PS4 starts up. Last week, I updated to firmware 5.00 and it directly went into safe mode for a week. I decided yesterday to Initialise PS4 without Memory. Now I am facing this problem and cannot find a tangible solution. Help.
