Temperamental PS4

Hi all,

This is my first ever post and I'm asking for help.

I have a PS4 that's being temperamental, it turns off randomly with a loud CLICK. There are no triggers and no patterns to this issue so I'm wondering if any of you nice people have come across this before and can help me!
