There is something wrong with my PS4, need help finding out what the problem might be

It seems really hard to identify the problem from the Vid, but basically when ever there are fast screen movements (such as turning in Darksouls or camera following ball traveling across the field on FIFA), there are random colour patches popping up, like green or red colours that are not meant to be there. What problem might that be? Is that a problem with my screen or PS4? Because I currently have warranty for both, I need to figure out which one needs fixing.
