Todays update... now my ps4 says external drive not there.

So i turn on my ps4 and get an error about my external drive. Which was working fine till this update. In error history is got ce-41881-2. Listed twice. And if i click on a game or anything it tells me the external drive is not connected? ? But it is....

Anyone got any ideas? I have unplugged it, re plugged it, lights on.. seems fine, but ps4 says its not there.
