From what ive seen there are two ways to delete users on PS4. One is to go to initialisation and select "delete user" option there, and the other is to go to the "users" category in setting and delete users there. My problem is that the "delete user" option is not available in initialisation. And i dont have the "users" option in settings, it just isnt there.
