Unable to sign in.

I'm currently trying to sign in to PSN to be able to accept the new T&C's, but when i enter my password it tells me "Playstation Network is currently undergoing maintenance". Growing very frustrated over this as i've reset my playstation and router multiple times. Any help would be fantastic
